The fastest route is the Bugs & Technical Issues board in the community forum. Tell us your device, your Android version, what you were doing and what happened. Screenshots help enormously.

The game will not start

Restart the device, make sure the game is fully updated in the store, and check that there is free storage available. If it still will not start, post in the forum with your device model - that is usually the deciding detail.

I lost my progress

Tell us on the forum or by e-mail with as much detail as you can about when it happened. Include the approximate date and what you had unlocked.

Something about advertising

Our authorised sellers are listed at /app-ads.txt. If you are seeing an advert that seems wrong or broken, a screenshot and the time it happened is the most useful thing you can send.
